Welcome
Beautiful-

Hearted, Friend

!

It’s my deepest hope to help overwhelmed women break free from the cycle so they can come alive in their faith and cultivate a purposeful life with ease.

Hi, I’m Sheena.

Jesus follower, wife, mom of 2 (plus our rescue dog), and writer.

I believe our home life is like a mission field - where we desire to serve with joy, purpose and grace - but the pressure of everyday life holds us back. The never-ending piles of dishes and laundry, the overwhelming clutter that fills almost every corner of your home. All of this leads to the constant guilt and lies that weigh heavily on your heart, saying you’re not good enough and that you’re a failure.

You’re not alone Beautiful-Hearted Friend!

I’ve been there, experiencing the effects of exhaustion and what felt like an endless season of overwhelm. The everyday rhythms and routines that we naturally fell into were not serving our family well. My home felt like a constant war against clutter and chaos, impacting not only me but my husband, my kids, and the life we wanted to live.

I grew tired of being triggered by the stress of trying to balance the unrealistic expectations, the targeted lies from the enemy, and serving from an empty cup.

I had enough and knew things had to change.

I needed to change.

You don’t have to continue the cycle of feeling overwhelmed and burnt out.

It’s possible to have an intentional life filled with simplicity, grace and joy.

I’ve researched and put into practice how to overcome the overwhelm in my life.
I would love to share with you what I've been learning from reading God’s word and through trials and errors in my own life. It would be a pleasure to link arms and journey with you. Beautiful-hearted friend,
